Recently the Longacres Homeowners Association (LHOA) Board met for their quarterly meeting. The board reviewed December financials including aged receivables and discussed current outstanding issues. We are working with City of Chanhassen on several requests including snow plowing, providing curb cut-out by East Park and driving practices in our neighborhood. The board has received several concerns from homeowners about unsafe driving practices around the neighborhood with high speeds, rolling through stop signs and phone use while driving. We are reaching out the City of Chanhassen to get their ideas on how to address the issue. Please use, careful safe driving practices in our neighborhood which has narrow streets and lots of pedestrian traffic.
